The Puck Process

  • Contact us at 814-664-4810 or e-mail us at
    sales@adv-puck.com

  • Send a sample or 3-D drawing of your package with the completed puck requirement form

  • We will contact you to confirm your requirements and design features                 

  • A SolidWorks print will be sent to you for review and changes or approval.

  • A quote will be sent to you along with the drawing of the new design. 

  • Optional – Have an FDM/prototype of your new design produced

  • Upon receipt of purchase order and drawing approval tooling will be produced. Tooling is generally received in-house within two weeks of release.

  • Four sample pucks representing production quality will be sent to you for review and approval.

  • Production will be completed within five days of receiving your sample approval and color choice.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  
   

The whole process for new pucks takes about four weeks
from receipt of purchase order.
   

Replacement puck lead time is one to two weeks
from receipt of purchase order.
